Don't forget about the PGA of America Family Tees:

Ideally meant to make the course playable for all family members, so that all players can have a fun and enjoyable time from hitting from the proper locations based on their age or skill level. For example, a father would hit a 200 yard drive from the blue tees, the Tee it Forward
program allows for his son or daughter to tee up say 100 yards ahead. If the junior hits a 100 yard  drive from that loaction, the father and their son can be in                                  similar postions of the tee and enjoy the entire hole together!
